Mentorship

Most men do not need more information.

They need someone who has already been where they are standing to tell them the truth about it. That is the whole thing.

01

It is direct

Tony takes the work himself. Not a program, not a portal, not a curriculum you log into. Real conversations on a schedule, with someone who remembers what you said last time.

02

It is small

A handful of men at a time. When the seats are full they are full, and you wait.

03

It is not a checkout button

You apply, you get a call, and on that call you are told whether it is a fit and what it costs. Most applications are declined, and being declined is not an insult. It usually means the timing is wrong.

04

It sits on top of membership

The directory is the room. This is the corner of it where someone works on you directly. Members get first look at open seats.

Before you apply

Be honest on the form.

The application asks what you are actually stuck on. Polished answers get declined faster than messy ones, because polished usually means you are still managing an image.

Say what you are actually working on.

Same application as membership. Tick the mentorship box at the end and it routes to Tony directly.
